\n\nHello! I've been using my Umidigi S and this Rom for a few days and noticed a few issues :

• After installing the first 20 apps, new ones stopped downloading and old ones can't update either. The play store just displays the 'downloading' message but no progress is being made. This can be 'fixed' by rebooting the device at which point 1-3 more applications will download / update but then the issue returns. EDIT: as of 9th of January this no longer works, the first 500-900 kilobytes are downloaded but then it stops working. The only workaround left is to look for the apk online and download it there.
• For the first 2 days the finger print worked without issues, but one morning it stopped responding. Lockscreen doesn't react to registered or foreign fingers. The device does not vibrate like it used to. In addition I'm unable to remove registered fingers from the settings.
• I can't connect my smart watch, the device is paired initially but loses connection after few seconds and will not connect back unless I reset the setup process. Other Bluetooth devices work without any problem. The watch is an LG G Watch W100 running latest version of android wear, worked on 3 other phones.
  

Has anyone else experienced this? Are you able to suggest any fixes?

je rencontre le meme probleme que toi en ce qui concerne les mise a jour des appli via le playstore. il m'est aussi impossible de recuperer mes contact du compte gmail. mais j'ai ces problemes avec la ROM d'origine.
je pense donc passer a cette rom non officiel pour y remedier. j'espere que ca resoudra mon probleme.

I'm having the same problem with you when it comes to app updates via the playstore. it's also impossible for me to retrieve my contact from the gmail account. but I have these problems with the original ROM.
I think so go to this unofficial ROM to fix it. I hope it will solve my problem.

I have two copies of UMIDIGI S. On both I have this ROM. Unfortunately, I have a problem with synchronizing contacts. The responsible application is turned on. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as contact synchronization in Google accounts. There is no way to turn it on. Installing google contacts does not help. The application can not synchronize contact with a Google account. Adding, sniping, creating another user profile, system reset, nothing helps.

In 'Settings --> Accounts --> Google' contacts sync should be present under your gmail address. Can't you see it?

Unfortunately, neither on one or the other phone has contacts in the list in the Google account. You can not see anything like that. In addition, the Play Store is jamming. After the system reset, it downloads programs and updates without any problem, but after a few hours it simply hangs. Anyone who wants to download hangs with the status "Download" and nothing else happens. My daughters have UMIDIGI MAX which I am very happy with. They operate without reservations. Soft can be simpler but effective. Unfortunately, UMIDIGI S is a failure

One more problem. Does anyone else have problems with facebook messenger applications, telegram, whatsapp or even gmail? Very often, they do not display notifications. You have to enter the application and only then refresh the changes. I downloaded the push tester from the play store, and theoretically push notifications work. When I keep my home for longer and clear the list of active applications, all of them must be switched on again. In the settings the batteries are added to exceptions. Likewise, in the application settings, there are access granted and the option of downloading the h in the background, and changing the system settings.

Unfortunately, any added application does not work. The system does not load its icon, and crashes with errors that the application has been stopped. I tried in various folders, permissions 755 folders and 644 files.

Et il est impossible d'installer les applications via le playStore, j'ai du prendre un logiciel alternative Atpoide pour pouvoir installer des logiciels ou faire les mise à jours
