Xiaomi is not selling spare parts directly to customers. Those parts are supplied to private sellers. Of course Xiaomi using some of same parts from previous models caused be more popular and available. Umidigi S2 have latest type of screen and S2 and S2 light are still in production caused impossible to remove LCD from production line and sell as spare part.
LCD should be more available during time so please wait patiently.

Since the "Format All + Download " with SPFT that has everything mixed
that the imei are:
imei1: 11111111111111
imei2: 222222222222
or
imei1: (true imei)
imei2: (true imei)
When i introduce SIMs into the phone, it always behaves the same way as if the change of IMEI did not change anything in it.

that's why i would like to have an NVRAM of an umidigi S2 to restore it on mine before moving to the disassembly which I consider as the last solution.

I recommend not to mix S2 and S2 Pro. Both are a bit different.

You can very easily restore nvram data using SN writer.

As I said in S2 pro section, replacement of lcd is not available yet for S2 pro.
