Hey, I'm not allowed to post yet so I would like to ask for some support if possible. My dilemma is that every time I uninstall or force-close any application, all other apps close (including Messenger, Spotify, Xiami, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Is this a common issue, and is there a way to fix it?

Thanks
Megu.

A few days ago I have a Z1 Pro UMI OS with 2 SIM cards.

I noticed that bluetooth only works on one of the two SIM cards.
In practice it only works on the sim card in which data traffic is enabled.
With this serious bug I can not use the smartphone while I drive the car.
In fact, if I get a call on the sim card in which data traffic is not active the bluetooth becomes silent making the conversation impossible.

Is there any remedy for this serious problem?

As I can see you are already on latest firmware.
Bluetooth and "data traffic" are two separate systems and shouldn't cause any interferences.
Bluetooth is making connections between two devices so if you answered call phone should redirect signal to radio.
By my opinion this is only coincidence.
Please restart your phone, delete and set Bluetooth connection again.

From Setup, I reset the network connections.

The problem remains but now I noticed that the bluetooth malfunction, on the SIM card with the data disabled, is due to the activation of the display.

If I make a call or receive a call while the display is on, the bluetooth remains silent or feels very bad.
It is necessary to turn off the display with the side button so that the bluetooth starts to work properly.
All this only and exclusively for calls on the SIM card with the data disabled.

This is a big problem. While driving the car and using bluetooth for calls, I can not distract myself to turn off the phone display every time.

Do you mind check for radio firmware update and if didn't help perform factory reset on your device? Unfortunately this will wipe whole user data.

I thought it was a great phone until the screen cracked.
Replacement screens are not available and when they are they cost 3 or 4 times what every other phones replacement screens cost (around £100).

After 6 months use I now have a very expensive, useless brick.

I would urge everybody not to buy anything from these clowns.

The Z1 Pro is significatnly more expensive than the Z1 and the only reason of that difference in price is the much more expensive OLED screen of the Z1 Pro. So of course, the screen itself as a spare part is much more expensive either. The same size and resolution OLED screen for Samsung Galaxy S7 costs $200, two times more.

Just wanted to let UMIDIGI know that my Z1 Pro that I was very happy with will be the last I ever buy.

Why you may ask if I was so happy with it? Simple to answer, after 8 moths what I believe is the battery dying on me (wont charge, wont turn on etc) I contacted DX support, or actually the lack of support. If that is how UMIDIGI delegates support questions, to a company that I now after my experience with their "support" then I will not be a customer. Ive accepted the loss of the money, even if the phone is well within the warranty both of DX and UMIDIGI. Send a video as proof they wrote, I answered what do you want me to film to avoid future questions. A month and no responce.

So even though the phone itself was ok, your suppliers are garbage when it comes to support, so I will stick to Sony or other major brands in the future, they at least offer a consistent and serious support and warranty!
