Just wanted to let UMIDIGI know that my Z1 Pro that I was very happy with will be the last I ever buy.
Why you may ask if I was so happy with it? Simple to answer, after 8 moths what I believe is the battery dying on me (wont charge, wont turn on etc) I contacted DX support, or actually the lack of support. If that is how UMIDIGI delegates support questions, to a company that I now after my experience with their "support" then I will not be a customer. Ive accepted the loss of the money, even if the phone is well within the warranty both of DX and UMIDIGI. Send a video as proof they wrote, I answered what do you want me to film to avoid future questions. A month and no responce.
So even though the phone itself was ok, your suppliers are garbage when it comes to support, so I will stick to Sony or other major brands in the future, they at least offer a consistent and serious support and warranty! |
