Some apps are not compatible

Well, I've flashed the V1.8 with rootjoy (worked great by the way), but didn't help with the compatibility...
Will try to flash the gapps

\n\n  I have the same problem with two applications can not be installed. I have ROM version 1.6.
Applications are SACYL doctor and booking app CAIXABANK

\n\nInstall Open GApps ARM64 5.1 nano.
I've installed it over the 1.8 and compatibility is fine now. (Maybe UMI has modified the gapps in the stock ROM?)

Tried to flash the GAPPS both Nano and Full and got the following error:

Archive: /sdcard/open_gapps-arm64-5.1-full-20151124.zip unzip: can't open 'app_densities.txt':
Is a directory chmod: /tmp/xzdec: Nosuch file or directory /tmp/update-binary: .:line 21:
can't open '/tmp/installer.data'

Anyone ideas?? What went wrong???
Any other way to flash the gapps?

Tried to flash the GAPPS both Nano and Full and got the following error:

Archive: /sdcard/open_gapp ...

You need TWRP recovery to install gapps.

Well, I'm sure it wasn't the most elegant solution, but I've solved the problem...

I've installed Flashify, and through that app downloaded the gapps.
Flashed the gapps
Boot in recovery mode.
Wipe data.

So I've lost my data.. not that nice, but finally the compatibility issue is solved

I installed TWRP and GAPPS but applications still can be installed in the UMI Iron.
I need another solution.

I finally got this:
After installing GAPPS, I installed "Market Helper" and I changed the name of my IMI Iron by "Samsung S4". From that moment I could install both applications needed.
Solved.

With "Market Helper" I had tried before installing GAPPS  but not worked.
