We are sorry but if you need a replacement device, not only a battery, first you have to ship your defective phone to the specified address.

Same battery but cannot be the same batch. Until this program is in progress, you may send your request even if you've got a Z Pro but your issue is the result of a unique manufacturing issue or some specific conditions, it's not about a technological issue.

I've send my request including pictures and address yesterday. No reply yet though....

It's not the same batch but it's definitly the same battery and the same issue.

Will it be the same type of battery that will be send or do you now have a better and safer version 2 of the battery?

How can I find out whether my phone has one of the faulty batteries or not? Maybe it will begin to swell in few days or weeks and it would be nice to know  if I should be prepared to that case.

I was using a flip case so didn't notice the expansion. What I did notice was that the battery life was getting instable. Sometimes I could use it for 10 hours, other times only 7 or so but definitly shorter battery life as before (the 7.1.1 OTA). Also the power button was getting harder to push/use. I could well be that both issues where there only after the expansion already.

Using the case, I noticed after realizing that the power button gets hard to react...

Congratultatins for the good reaction and service, UMIDIGI, well done, really

I have a slight problem, trough. I've tried to send the phone this morning, but turns out that where I live it is impossible to send out the phone as it is. No matter the post or courier service, if it is by air (by land such a packare is simly "no") no batteries, magnets ot anything that contains them is allowed due to the anti-terroristic measures. Suggestions by the couriers: 1. Someone migh carry it with himself while travelling with a passanger jet (well, I don't know anyone travelling to China any time soon); 2. Go abroad and send it from there. In another country it migh be eventually allowed; 3. Remove the battery as it is faulty anyway. If the sacanners do not detect a battery, no problem.

Would it be OK the battery to be carefully removed by a specialist in a repair shop and to send the phone without the battery?

Hi,
This program is about battery replacement only. About any other issue, you should contact your seller. It's a special offer here but generally still sellers are responsible for the warranty.
