I have the same issue. But I noticed that turning on my phone each time I charge it makes it last more. I can sometimes reach 4hours of screen use in best cases.
My main issue is to be unable to stop the vibrations without putting the battery saving mode. Even if it's supposed to be desactivated in the settings

I've seen the same problems with many iphones and Samsung is even worse. Even xiaomi, which bas better batteries has less autonomy after a year. More often you charge batteries and more you damage them. If you only want a big battery Oukitel has made wonderful phones. Only doogee has managed a 12000mah phone but it looks like a brick.
My phone now only has the red blinking light when charging. It went down to 0 percent.is it over discharged? Also it will only charge if the cable is at a certain angle. I have tried multiple cables and chargers. So possibly the charging board is damaged.can I use a charging board from the umi Z in a z pro?

Red blinking light during charging is only when battery was discharged below threshold, this is recovery mode for battery. This could take 15 minutes to change to proper charging.
I have replaced the charging board and the phone is now working fine. Battery still seems to discharge at a heavy rate. I will replace the battery too and see if that helps the issue.
