Hahahahaha. I'd forgotten that video of mine was online, thanks for reminding me. You certainly do have a problem with that phone, probably with the digitiser in my limited experience. I had no trouble with hardware I bought from TT so I have no experience with their customer care. If it was my phone I'd would be letting UMi, the forums and TomTop know loud and clear until I got a response. I try not to sound like a grumpy old fart but I get stoked up at the number of peole who won't help themselves. Can't remember if you said if you can boot into recovery or not. My suggestion is to reflash the ROM in the hope that it's corrupt data. I've done it to both my phones to mop up minor troubles I had and recommend it. Instructions are in the ROM section and generic instructions for the Falsh Tool here: http://community.umidigi.com/for ... &extra=page%3D1 Hope it gets you going.

@vamp_lestat, @Terry 99,
Chill bros... We sometimes misread/misinterpret. No offence intended.

I agree about the Zen Phone too. It was a possible purchase but it's a lame bit of gear compared to the UMi phones. Waiting patienly for the Android 7 to happen this weekend. Cheers.

MarcinP, you being a Moderator should learn how to respond to questions, how to be helpfull instead of being agressive thowards us, now about your statement saying that there´s not much problems with the phones etc, if that was a xiaomi or a huawei with this problems at launch, first of it would never have left its factory, from my point of view, what you lack is a good quality control department, becouse you have the visions and the creativity to create huge phones, but a thing that cannot miss in any good brand is quality control, to make sure that no one is making errors in the mounting process etc, all i hope is the best for your brand, i really love your phones, they are beautifull and with nice specs, just hoping for the best to UMIDIGI, a note to the moderators, be kind and helpfull, that helps users solving their questions or doubts and helps them to gain trust in this brand, if a brand is good and the support etc isn´t helping, what will happen??
Cheers and best of luck.

But what you expect hear from mee for such stupid question??
I informed that for so big number of sold units we don't have to many issues.
This is fully true.
Software can be repaired and engineers working on this.
There was few battery faults but some users using phone, and charging  incorrectly and this is not manufactured fault.
GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth etc was never faulty.
You need understand that some Bluetooth devices can't handle modern device.
Lines on screen was diagnosed and screen supplier was changed. There was small problem with olephobic coating which could be fixed with applying screen protector or applying new olephobic coating.
There was no other hardware related issues.

See, now you have given a proper answear, see, it´s easy, yes i understand that some users might have charged the phone in the wrong way, or in the wrong environment, such as close to the window and with the sun hiting it etc, but it is good to hear that you have changed the suplier for your screens, that shows the level of atention that you are taking into your hardware, that´s allways good to hear, by the way, is there anyway for us to know if our phone has the problematic oleophobic screen or the new suplier one? regarding the part were i talked about the way you speak with users, think about it, doesn´t you could have said that line without calling it stupid etc? that´s beeing agressive and desrespectfull for others, you could have just said for example (why jump into such conclusions, that is not correct, maybe they have run out of units etc...) that´s just an example, i´m a military and i have learnt to think wise before you talk or act, by the way, my previous umi phone has endured the hard times i had on the navy ship, it´s still at home and it works. just hope the best for you mates and for umidigi to grow stronger and bigger. umidigi crystal could reveal to be a great phone to, do you have a date to reveal the real final specs? cheers mates.

Faulty oleophobic coating was nearly straight out the box. After few touches fingerprints were stuck on to not properly coated spots and was hard to clean. If you don't experience such issues your screen is modified or was properly coated. (there was no such faults on every device, only on few)
Umidigi Cristal specifications are still big unknown for me.
This what I know is:
Two versions : Cristal metal with single camera (black and red), Cristal Lumia with double Panasonic cameras (black and blue)
Also both versions will be with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. Also both will be coming with Android 7. And size will be 5,5"
There is big possibilities that Lumia will be as pro version.
All this details could change any time.

About the oleophobic coating i don´t know becouse, mine after 3 weeks still has the screen protector non finger prints one,
I am really looking forward for the crystal, it apears to be very beautifull, understand that until the pre release time, specs may change,
just hope it will come with some really nice specs, even if we have to pay more for a puncher hardware, i think people would buy it for shure,
umidigi is growing, learning and evolving, and that´s good.
Cheers mate

I don think that Cristals will be getting high SoC or other spec. Please remember that Cristals will be smaller so battery will be smaller too, SoC needs to be less power consumption.
Here you have some informations about Cristals versions and colours

Also you will get some informations on blog
