Z2 CAMERA FOCUS PROBLEM after update October 2018

I am very disappointed in Umidigi, there is still no update for the Z2 camera focus problem after the update of October 2018, the update is always promised but still NOTHING !!!

I recently bought a new Z2 - it has an exact copy of the problem with the microphone, like the Z2 Pro. The microphone does not hear my voice. Updating the system via Flach Tools was not successful. How to solve a problem?

The same issue with ONE MAX I've got this week. Microphone does not hear my voice too. Flach Tools didn't help.

goodm morning to everybody
i bought my umidigi z2 from 2 months
my first problem was with the alarm clock
in my previous cell (hyunai E500) i used sveglia parlante (developer mirolunapp - mirolunapp@gmail.com)
in umidigi z2 this app is "killed" and never wake up
so i was late to my next appointments!

second problem: call timer and call recorder
call timer (developer ctsoft) auto hang up and recall (perfectly working with my previous hyunai E500)
call recorder (cube acr - developer catalina group) automatic recording of telophone calls

reading in other sites, it seems due to "aggressive control" of battery usage
so i went in android "energy saving" and disabled the automatic
i went in battery optimization and i removed the limit for the three apps

the apps doesn't work

but the worse and boring and annoying problem is for sd card
i have a 64Gb card and i can use it for (about) 12 hours
may be that the umidigi z2 "forget" the sd card so i can't find my photos and documents
there is a solution: turn off and on again the device!!!!!!!!!

i believe that there is a (easy) solution to these problems
i believe that problems derive from the same setting

can anybody help me?

i stopped to download other utility apps, because i think that my umidigi z2 will kill every unused (for a while) application

Hello

My Umidigi Z2 stop charging.
I tested the hardware and the battery is OK but shows -20 degrees and it won't charge.
The phone is still on warranty but reseller does not respond my messages.

What ca I do?

Hello,

Can anyone can just advice or tell what can be wrong.

I want to connect my Umidigi Z2 to external full hd monitor thru HDMI cable with using 8in1 type-c hub.  Added keyboard , mouse and usb flash, they worked fine. But only HDMI port not works. And phone not shows any msg or anything on this. Maybe i need to specify somehow type-c connection to transmit HDMI data to external monitor? Or my HDMI cable is not proper one?

Hope someone can help me with this.
