All this time the phone every day 2-3 times a day freezes and reboots (or it needs to be rebooted compulsorily). What to do UMIDIGI corp.

I also have some random freeze 1 - 3 time a day?
And this shitty lancher adware is the worst experience Umidigi can give to customers.
I'm mad, phone become useless and annoying, especially if finguerprint doesn't work well.
I was about to recommend this phone to friends but this radicaly change when this shitty thing appeared few week ago.
«shitty adware launcher» was not mentionned in specs whem I purchase it! It's like a really tricky moove from Umidigi!

Where is it? I cannot see it.

By the way how to prevent some apps from hibernating, I am talking about Instant Messaging Apps. (I can see it is grayed out when scrolling through open applications)
I have added this app to protected apps in Battery section, but what else should I do so it stays online?

Hi Gentlemen

1. Do you know how to prevent some apps from hibernating, I am talking about Instant Messaging app. (I can see it is greyed out when scrolling through open applications)
I have added this app to protected apps in Battery section, but what else should I do so it stays online?
What do I have to do so is stays connected so I can receive notifications.

2. Regarding the new firmware, I understand this is not something Umidigi sysadmins are pushing to our C2 like usual updates but something I have to do manually, flash the phone. Do you know of any software that could help me with that I mean to save the state of all installed applications so I can bulk install them after factory restoring my phone which is required for this flash.

Please advise.
Thank you

Hi Sir,

1. Background running apps still can be active even if they are cleaned from the RAM, so you don't have to care about the multitask manager. Go to 'Settings --> Permission Management', and make your messaging apps allowed in the App startup management, then also add them to the Screen-off cleaning whitelist.

2. Unfortunately the Google Setup Wizard app is missing in UMI OS phones and without root access you don't really have any other, efficient possibilities to restore the original state of your phone after a factory data reset. However, if you flash a ROM as an update, you can flash it without the userdata partition to keep your original user data
