Hi everyone!
I can`t start new topic so excuse me for start my conversation here.
I bought Umidigi One Pro in august from Umidigi official store on aliexpress, I waited another 40 or so days to receive the phone. I was happy with the phone performance and building quality, but after three months the phone turned off and never started again. I tried everything, charged it for 24 hours, changed wall charger and usb cable, by the way I used original umidigi charger and cable, I pressed and hold start button as well as a combination of two or three buttons, nothing. I contacted official store and after a couple of days of conversation they told me to go to a local repair shop to check the phone, they offered to send needed spare parts and pay for labor. I visited local repair shop and they told me that main board is dead, I refused to repair it for the half of the cost of my phone. I described the situation to the official store, but since then I got no reply. One day before they told me that the phone has no warranty because I should paid for a warranty when I bought the phone which is nonsense. I offered different ways to resolve my problem, but got no reply. I can send the phone back for repair or replace and I offered this way too, no reply. So my question is if this is a normal behavior for Umidigi towards their customers? What is the way I can have my phone repaired or replaced?

I'd like to get things started and going, again.

I urge the Administrator and Moderator to share with us any available and disclosable information as to what is currently being done regarding the several issues/suggestions posted earlier in one of my posts here, as well as the numerous posts by other users.

A bulleted list would be most appreciated, with the status of each issue/suggestion indicated.
For example:
1. Video recording issue - Status: Active development in progress.
2. Security patch update - Status:
3. Show a notification icon in the space on the left side of the notch - Status:
Etc.

I believe this would put a lot of users at ease, as we would know what to expect and what to not expect.

First time I can hear complaints about earpiece.
Please perform factory reset and test.
If this doesn't help then you have hardware fault and you should contact to seller for warranty solution.

Has anyone else experienced that sometimes Umidigi One Pro is taking control over itself playing your media and calling your whatsapp contacts etc... I expecially while you are charging with wireless charger?

I have problems with my fingerprint scanner. When the phone is turned off (deep sleep) and set my thumb on the scanner it doesnt regonize my finger. Its vibrates though.
But when the phone is unlocked and after that screen off it regonizes immideatly. I have looked in the system apps if i could clear cache or something. But cant find the app.

What can i do??
For the rest its a great phone....love it!!

As in order to try to "repair" myself i flashed the wrong way and have to pay learnmoney.... thats just great.
