I can`t start new topic so excuse me for start my conversation here.
I bought Umidigi One Pro in august from Umidigi official store on aliexpress, I waited another 40 or so days to receive the phone. I was happy with the phone performance and building quality, but after three months the phone turned off and never started again. I tried everything, charged it for 24 hours, changed wall charger and usb cable, by the way I used original umidigi charger and cable, I pressed and hold start button as well as a combination of two or three buttons, nothing. I contacted official store and after a couple of days of conversation they told me to go to a local repair shop to check the phone, they offered to send needed spare parts and pay for labor. I visited local repair shop and they told me that main board is dead, I refused to repair it for the half of the cost of my phone. I described the situation to the official store, but since then I got no reply. One day before they told me that the phone has no warranty because I should paid for a warranty when I bought the phone which is nonsense. I offered different ways to resolve my problem, but got no reply. I can send the phone back for repair or replace and I offered this way too, no reply. So my question is if this is a normal behavior for Umidigi towards their customers? What is the way I can have my phone repaired or replaced?
