You can try to flash this ROM with SP flash Tool but without the userdata partition (uncheck it) to keep your data. However, if that doesn't help, you should flash the ROM in firmware upgrade mode (all partitions) to get a clean factory state.

It seems that system is (more or less) OK. I tried these steps:
1) Backed up user partition in recovery mode
2) Wiped user data / factory reset
3) Rebooted and checked system
Everything worked, including wireless update app
4) I tried to recover user partition from backup, again in recovery mode
5) Rebooted and problems were back

So I didn't touch system partitions and system works / does not work regarding content of user partition.
I guess that problem is with some settings, changes made under earlier versions, whose are not "compatible" with latest version.
It could be bug of new version, occurring only when some particular conditions are met.
Now I run new system, keeping last backup in hope that it will be fixed.

Someone can help me a screen of my umi plus and broke and realized the exchange I bought in the aliexpress but the screen of the cell phone does not light it gets black and already I tried updating of the android and everything else I click on the screen and it works it is not giving image

Try to flash your phone in Format All + Download mode to make the nvram partition erased - then you have to recover your IMEI numbers with SN Writer Tool. On the other hand your issue still can be caused by bad assembly or a defective spare part.

mais amigo a tela que esta quebrada esta funcionando perfeitamente problema q nao da para digitar nela e a nova nao esta dando imagem de jeito nenhum

How can this be? I'm in Moscow. I asked this question a long time ago to umi (8 months ago) but I did not get an answer. I have firmware from June 13, 2017 but this problem is. Why do I have a time zone, not Moscow, but eastern Africa?

Habe es wieder zur Überprüfung zurück geschickt. Und nun keine Reaktion von umidigi. Als würde sie es nicht mehr geben keine Kunden Betreuung. Möchte wissen ob ich mein Geld jemals wieder sehe. Oder mein Handy. Habe DHL Nachweis das sie es erhalten haben. Was kann ich tun?

As I see you haven't set automatic time zone. Enable it or you can choose your specific time zone manually.
