My problem too. Counter terrorist measuremensts in some countries. That's why I had to send the whole phone, but with removed battery. Phone WITH a battery is receivable without a problem.

Contacted several time during 3 days - total ignoring.
Could speak with your OFFICIAL seller to solve my problem?

Be careful, here is almost 1 month that I removed the battery of the telephone, and this one continued to inflate! And it has swollen!

Thanks, Sad my battery has swollen too!!!!!!!   First faulty camera but i can live without that.But now so dangeruos.This phone is ticking bomb.Please be carefull.This is my warning to all.
