Is there any way to hind the notch? It seems like no methods to hind it.No fullscreen settings. No notch settings as well.

The wife and I run s2 pro for over 9 to 10 months now.

We have not experienced any problem except the following:-

(1) Facebook takes ages to load.  After an update it is still slow but we can live with it.  Facebook seems to be the only one affected.  Z2 Pro has none of it.
(2) The camera occasionally refuses to operate and asks to be relaunched.  Only occurred to my S2 pro about 4 to 5 times so far.  A reboot can get over it but the fault is not constant but seem to occur at a time when we need the camera.

Apart from the  above the S2 Pro have been exemplary and give no bother at all.

Both of us like it battery most as we could never exhaust the battery in a day from a fully charged.  Wife only charges it once every 2 or 3 days.  We no longer have any need to switch the phone off to save the battery.

Aside from the whole security problem, I'm also suffering with mic-charger thing.
The phone call works just fine in normal situation but as soon as it's connected to the charger, the sound gets muffled for the person I'm speaking to???
Anyone having the same problem?

From seing report of the "newest" ROM, and from my experience with the original one, I would say stay with the original ROM.

Other than not being able to use security and not being able to purchase anything from Play Store, I have not encountered any major issues with the initial ROM

Mine works fine without any security at all, I have the Next Lock Screen from Play Store (set up pattern in it, to use Next's functionality for pattern, cause it offers to work through Android Security aswell which we know will brick the phone) for some wannabe security until I can get an update that fixes the security bug

I tried the suggested password route, had to do a full reset, it does not work for me, security bug still there.

Works for me, tried in with Orange (Romania) got around 420 Down and 110 Up
