You can calibrate the proximity sensor in Settings --> Display (near to the bottom of the page).
Unfortunately currently that's not planned to release further updates for this model.

Unfortunately I tried calibrating the sensor and also did an sp flash tool update. Any other suggestions?

You can try to set the screen off time to a longer period. 5 minutes for example.

Hi.
I still have problems with my Z1 Pro. The data connection (mobile data) randomly disconnects, and I have to restart the phone to get a data connection again. The mobile signal bar gets a exclamation mark when this happens.
This happens once a day, twice a day, or more. Or it can be stable for two or three days.
I live in Norway, by the way. And a couple of weeks ago I went to Iceland for a vacation. There it happened all the times. 10-15 times a day.

I have flashed the phone twice with the flash tool from this thread, with no luck..

I see that I'm not the only person with this problem.
Is there going to be a firmware update to fix this issue?

Hi,
I'm sorry but the Z1 Pro will not receive further updates. For test purpose I recommend you to try to use an other SIM card of a different service provider.

I've tried an other sim card. The problem is still there.

I'm sorry but there are no settings that you can change or any advice that you can give you remotely without having your phone in hand. If you experience the same issue with different SIMs of different service providers, I recommend you to return your phone to the seller for a replacement or to make it repaired.
