Dear bencebacsi,

Can you please update when UMIDIGI are planning to release next z pro ROM revision ?

For me the worst issue is the irresponsive touch screen (including the top rolling ...)

Hi,

Unfortunately the release dates of such updates are not scheduled but they get released frequently.
Since I cannot reproduce this issue on my test device (the touch screen works as perfectly as earlier even with this latest update), if you don't mind to lose your userdata, I suggest you to format the whole flash chip of your phone without the bootloader, then flash this ROM with SP Flash Tool. The goal is to format the nvram partition, so it can be re-created after the first boot-up. If you do so, you'll have to recover your IMEI numbers with SN Writer Tool or MauiMeta.

Guys, I am still on V7.01_20170605 on my Z Pro  and I have a problem with bluetooth, when I connect to bluetooth speaker the music plays with stuck like when you have a damaged audio cable on your headphones and you touch it. Does this update fix this problem? Or what can I do to fix it? Thanks!

My old z pro became very hot and the battery grown up, so i sent it back and now, is the issue fixed? Because maybe i will buy it again, but i dont know the issue / issues  is / are fixed? (Battery drain, Battery temperature (like a hotplate, no mobile phone), battery expansion)

Won't help did it 4times and tried all suggestions.

it's a known bugg of the last rom version. If you can't reproduce the bugg maybe your lucky. Or not using it as daily driver. If you had read all other topics you would know.

Please ask for new devs, new update or release source

Same screen response problem, does not respond well, and the pen camera ... bokeh mode is laughable, focus a part where you want and also blur what you want, but what ever, are our units, format, reinstall , Imeis, what do you think Umi? That is the solution That we are not all developers we are normal people who just want a phone that works. solution?

I would be satisfied if Umi would bring a quick update that improves the camera. And i thought the GPS was more stable in the latest versions. I think that could be optimised very easily.  Screen sensitivity is quite okay, but i need a better camera and i know the imx258 is a good one for this price.

Yes, only a small batch of batteries was affected, so you don't have to expect it to happen again.

did yours phones sometimes mute himself "only vibrate" (when you get a call or in the mornig with the alarm clock) and you need to restart to work properly again?
Please fix the camera!

I got through this topic again and found 13 users reporting touch screen issues. Some of them mentioned it in 2-4 topics but they are still the same users. About the same number of users reported that, they don't have any touch screen issues and much more didn't talk about it.
I reported this issue to the devs earlier, so they're aware of it but it seems, only a few devices are affected. I've never received any reports about this issue on facebook.
First please downgrade to Android 6.0 (with SPFT), and check if the touch screen works properly again.
