Hi UMI, it is a shame that I just registered in this community cause I felt you should know something. I bought from you a UMI Super last September and since it arrived it has been a real disappointment to me. First of all arrived with an external defect at the back case (perhaps someone was assembling it very fast that forgot to think that are people PAYING for your products), Second, GPS not working, Camera sometimes awesome pictures sometimes rahgashg pictures, 3G/4G very unstable... well, I really understand that you are trying hard to implement your ideas and vision worldwide and I appreciate that, now I do also think that you must also have a minimum of decency to make sure what you're selling is at least 50% 60% 70% 80% working (cause 100% is always impossible) and not just look at your account's balance. Now with the N update, it is for me to say that this is not the first time you fail, you've been failing since I bought it and that truly will make me question where I invest my money in the near future. Bottom line I am not writing to ask you WHEN it will be the update and if it is really going to be, I just wrote to say that maybe you should be reminded, UMI, and reminded again and again, that we CUSTOMERS are PAYING (it was not for free $$$) for a functional equipment and everything you announce for it.
