So I'm using Z Pro for about 2 monthes during this period I noticed that its charger is very weak and recently I ordered 36W charger Quick Charge 3.0 I noticed the same charging issue. And I deem that UMIDIGI isn't a phone company they are good advertisement company. They making good videos animations. Does anyone the same issues like me? My fone charges aproxiamtely 2 hours. As they said for 30 minute it should last one day but for 30 min charge it charges approximately 20-30%

I sink firstly UMI should stop producing smartphone like hotdogs and solve all software issues and don't to lie their customers otherwise there is no future for this company

I also have the same problem. The battery also doesn't last as long as they say it does. I also can't use 4g or 4g LTE like they said. I could on my last phone, but not this one.

Edited by Haug523 at 2017-5-15 01:01 \n\nThe Quick charge? i think Umidigi is shitting us, i don't think it's charging fast at all, besides i can't have wifi on then i'm not using Wifi since it's draining the battery faster then i can say battery.

So the phone suffers from a really bad and not finished software, hope the Android 7 will be better, but i seriously doubt it, and the fact that Umidigi is speewing out new phones every second day doesn't make anything better, they should learn from other Chinese comapnies like Oneplus, Xiami and so on....
Cause i really like the design of the phone and the cheap price, i think if they fix most of the issues they will sell more phones and earn more money.

I have heard that the quick charge function only works when the smartphone is off.
This makes no sense, but it seems to be so.

Basically Umidigi Z pro should be fully charge from 1to 100% in 2H but this time could be extended depending current drain (phone in use during charging) and previous discharging time.
You can swap usb wire as maybe you have problem there.
Of course Umidigi Z pro supporting quick charging 5/7/9V 1.65A and 12V 1.25A.

The thing is I bought 18W charger Quick charge 3.0 and it gives the same thing. Seems to be phone doesn't accept more current and If it PE+ it should accept more current even 5A
