No 4G

My Hammer can't seem to find a 4G signal.  I have AT&T and cannot connect thu data stream.  Shows "3G" on the display.  I have 4G preffered but get nothing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UMI HUMMER 4G will not work in USA
at&t Used different frequency that is why.

\n\nThat's not what I was told when I purchased it!  What about in Costa Rica?  Phone company there is I.C.E.  That is the main reason I purchased the phone was to replace my old international one.  If it works there, I will be keeping it.
