Problem with incoming calls

When I call from another phone to mine, it reports an incoming call after 10-12 seconds. If the incoming call ends earlier, my phone does not report a missed call.

I never experienced such issues on umi super.
Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

I reset the factory settings but the problem remains. The problem comes when the phone is in 4G mode. When it's in the 3G problem almost disappeared

So in this case currently you have only one option. Please use SPFT and flash you system. You can use Android 6.0 or 7.0
