Umi Super Vulkan Api no supported

Hi

I started a game that only works on Vulkan api.
It shows up error message about unsupported device, next only displays violet screen in game.

Umi super has the Mali-T860 which is on the list of supported devices

so i think it is software issue.

will be supported in the future?

I see so umi super is out of umis support,its a same since the chipset supports it to not have vulkan,do you think they will reconsider or i should not wait for it?

Umi engineers not working on any umi super software improvements because this support is over so is pointless waiting for solution. Maybe Vulkan developers will try find solution to be compatible with phone.

I love this phone 90% if it had vulkan 100%,i heard of oreo coming to the device ,but i guess that was just rumors...

Maybe some third party developer is trying develop some custom ROM based on Oreo but definitely not from Umidigi developers.

Thank you for the help mate,anyways i had 2 random reboots today,since i updated to latest firmware from the 8/3/17 firmware wich said there are no updates so i did them manually,do you think i sgould flash latest firmware through sp flash tool but how to do so with formating and not loosing the imei?

If you flash with SPFT and use firmware upgrade option then IMEI will be not wiped but whole user data etc will be removed. This option restore your system to factory state.

If you want use format + download then whole chip will be flashed and IMEI also will be wiped.
You can very easily restore your IMEI numbers following this SN writer instruction
