Press and hold power button until phone switch off it self around 10 seconds. Then switch on phone go to settings - backup and reset - factory data reset
Also recovery mode but this will be not easy with your experience.

hi, my problem is that I cannot start the phone. it was formatted and I need the mail from the other owner. I don'd have it. I cannot hard reset because "no command". I've tried many buttons combinations and still "no command". what should I do? this phone cannot be started without internet connection?

Hard reset will not solve this problem.
I had the same problem and my lucky is that i received the email
and solved the problem.
I formated 2 times.
I have the same problem with an Umidigi Z Pro and i'm going to try
Flash with spflash tool. If i have an answer i'll post later.

Hi, i had this problem too and flashed with SPFT worked great.
Now I´m trying to do it again with same phone, and it does not enter preloader mode.
When i have pc ready with SPFT waiting for connection i connect powered off phone but it only charges????
I don´t know what is going on, help please!
