I sent the time for email from your support; And I had no return and trouble with my Umi Diamond; Just makes it worse.
The battery has been reducing the charge level until it does not start. So, what should I do? I want and I want an answer.
I trusted you and I see with a huge sadness and a certain disappointment that I was frustrated in my purchase; I would like to see the initial bad press undone.

I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THE FURTHER QUESTIONS AS TO MY QUESTIONS.
I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS AS TO MARGA UMI; BUT THERE WAS FRUSTRATIONS ABOUT THE QUESTIONS ABOVE.
DO NOT WAIT FOR ANSWERS THAT SATISFY MY FRUSTRATED EXPECTATIONS.

Mandei a um tempo para email do suporte de vocês; e nao tive nenhum retorno e o problema quanto ao meu Umi Diamond;  so faz piorar.
A bateria vinha diminuindo  o nivel de carga, ate que do nada nao liga mais. e ai  que devo fazer? Quero e desejo uma resposta.
Confiei em voces  e vejo com  uma tristeza enormee com uma certa decepçao que fui frustrado  em minha compra; desejaria que fosse desfeita essa má imprensao inicial.
E fico no aguardo de  uma resposta  de vocês.
E segue o texto que ja tinha enviado por  email.




PROBLEMAS  COM O MEU UMI DIAMOND

BOA NOITE ; PESSOAL DA UMI...
JÁ ERA PARA TER MANDADO ESTA MENSAGEM, HÁ UM TEMPO POR CAUSA DA FOTA; NO ENTANTO CONSEGUI RESOLVER E FOI GRATIFICANTE, POIS NÃO CONSEGUIA ATUALIZAR, DE JEITO NENHUM PELO FOTA.
NO ENTANTO, APARECEU ALGUNS PROBLEMAS ACESSÓRIOS COMO:
1- SUPERAQUECIMENTO; E FICA QUENTÍSSIMO AO PEGAR DURANTE O CARREGAMENTO E DEPOIS. E DIMINUIÇÃO RÁPIDA DA BATERIA APOS O CARREGAMENTO.
2- ARRANHÕES PEQUENOS, MAS ARRANHÕES NA TELA.
3- EM CARREGAMENTO OU EM SUPER AQUECIMENTO, APRESENTA IMAGEM LAVADA AO CONTRARIO DAQUILO QUE FALA NA PROPAGANDA DO PORTAL :http://community.umidigi.com/article-244-1.html e http://www.umidigi.com/page-umi_diamond_overview.html ,BEM COMO NO LOCAL DA COMPRA.
5- ARMAZENAMENTO INTERNO ENCHENDO RÁPIDO DEMAIS.
6- DOIS ARRANHÕES NO METAL NA LATERAL; DESDE O MOMENTO QUE TIREI DA CAIXA.
GOSTARIA DE RECEBER O MAIS RÁPIDO POSSÍVEL RESPOSTAS QUANTO AOS MEUS QUESTIONAMENTOS.
TIVE ALTÍSSIMAS EXPECTATIVAS QUANTO A MARGA UMI; PORÉM HOUVE FRUSTRAÇÕES QUANTO AOS QUESITOS ACIMA.
NO AGUARDO DE RESPOSTAS QUE SATISFAÇAM MINHAS EXPECTATIVAS FRUSTRADAS.

Good afternoon.

I have the same complaint as the user that created this topic. Overheating, battery basically dead. I'm also guessing support email is a garbage bin, as i've sent 2 emails without even a 'we're alive' answer.

Nice way to ruin a business.

Definitely you need contact to seller.
Also you can spend few bobs to buy new battery and then request seller for partially refund.

Overheating during charging could be happened battery internal failure.
But every phone will give you a bit heat during charging and using in same time.
