Cannot reset my UMI Super

Please help!
My UMI Super just went black and nothing seems to work. I managed to restart in Factory Mode (vol down + power) but I cannot select an option. Browsing up and down through the menu works fine (vol. buttons) but if I try to select an option (power) nothing happens.

If I just start my UMI with the power button it only shows 'ANDROID' and nothing happens (tried it for > 30 minutes).

If I start my UMI with vol up + power it shows an android with red exlamation mark and 'NO COMMAND' and no response to any button.

Taking out the SIM card makes no difference...

Any of you guys know a solution?
