Bluetooth gets off after seconds

I have since i get the phone the problem, that bluetooth is getting of after a few seconds i actived bluetooth.
I made 4 time the factory reset but every time the same problem.

Does someone know the problem or better have a solution?

I have no problem with Bluetooth but I use BT to pair with my car only. So I can call, use telephone list etc without problem. Try to use above solution.
