Umi Z turning off itself

I got my phone less than 2 weeks ago and discovered problems. The problem is now, that phone is turning off itself. It can do it without any reason in middle of normal use and when that happens phone is also difficult to turn on again. It startsbooting up(Umi booting image coming to screen and sometimes even Android text),but quite often it’s turning off itself in middle of booting process. It feelslike connecting to charger during booting would help. Sometimes it’s thenbooting up correctly. However, in that case phone can also turn ofautomatically without reason later.

It feels like old Z V3.01_20170116 ROM release would work better. I was using that 24 hours without problem.

However, when trying to use builds Z v3.01_20170213 or Zv3.01_20170225, problem occures when using phone some hours.

I also already tried to restore factory settings, and it feels that itwould help for short period but every time after some hours problem is backagain.

Problem appeared without SIM and memory card.

I already contacted to Umi via email.

Sorry for your inconvenience
I would advice you to flash your system with SPFT to latest available firmware and if problem still occur try use older (that one which you thinking was everything fine with device) firmware as you mentioned that nothing was wrong with device on older firmware. Here you have SPFT updating procedure

Of course we always recommending contact to seller for warranty if you are not happy with device.

And when i woke up the phone were off
