I have a Umi Plus and it was no problem. But I dropped my phone unfortunately. Now there is no sound my phone. Vibration is working. Sound comes through the earphones. Without earphones there is no sound my phone.I restarted my phone. The sound came for 5 seconds and then went back.I think this problem is software. What do you suggest me do? What should I do please help me.
How can you saying that this is software issue if this happened straight after dropping phone.
If this is software issue factory reset should fix your problem but I think that loudspeaker or loudspeaker connection are faulty now after dropping phone.
Actually you probably don't have to buy new loudspeaker but you will have to open the phone.
I had the exact same problem (twice). When you open the phone you should only touch the loudspeaker membrane
and it will work again. I know it sounds silly but it seems like it stucks it's membrane and wouldn't work until you touch it (unstuck it).
