Hi,
Simply rebooting your phone should help. It's a software issue that will be fixed in a later update.

Was your speaker ever worked?
Did you try headphones or receiver?
If everything else working probably you have loud speaker failure or if is not working since first day maybe simple poor contact between printed board and loud speaker.
You can also give small slap in to bottom of phone while you playing music incase poor/loose  contact.
If nothing helps you need contact to seller for warranty.
