Good evening.
Please help in solving the problem.
Pre-order the smartphone 16/01/2017 UMI Z official store on 02/01/2017 not got his mail.
Status packaging and 100% of the phone. The first time the battery was 40%, installed programs and games, smart phone really good and gave me everything. When there were 16% took out from the pack charger and connect it to a smartphone.
The smartphone does not respond to the connection, battery life has not begun. Those. it just can not be charged. When connected to computer is not defined.
I thought the problem in the wire Type-c, bought new today after work, it does not solve the problem, the phone is not charged and is not determined by the computer.
The first time I faced the such and was greatly distressed by the fact that out of the box the phone refused to charge.
Getting the goods on Aliekspress I have not yet confirmed.
Please help me what to do, where to go.

Hi,
The type-C plug clicks in the right position. Just push it a bit harder.

Immediately clarify, there is nothing in the connector, nothing extraneous. charging wire stuck in the connector until it stops with a click.
I wrote earlier that he had purchased a new wire, but charge a smartphone does not start.

You said you tried a different USB-C cable. Try it with a different charger too. There is a case already discussed here that the charger provided in the package was not working. If nothing else helps it could be a hardware issue with your device and you would have to RMA it. Depending on where you bought your phone you don´t have to send it back to Singapore as for example Gearbest or Delaextreme have several warehouses over the world where you can send faulty goods. Also I would contact your seller immediately sou you can prove the problem was present from the very beginning. That might aslo ease up the RMA process.

Sorry for your inconvenience.
Please use any other 5V around 1 to 2A charger and let me know what is happening.

Hi all,
I have a similar problem with my new UMI Z, I get it by some days, after unboxing and upgrading at last ROM released (OTA), my phone start rebooting loop everytime I connect to the charger.  I tryed a factory reset and cleaning the EMC in factory mode booting.
I don't know whatever to do, do I open a RMA?

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Other option is use SPFT and come back to previous ROM.
Here you have all available ROMs

Please skip 6th step as you need overwrite all partitions.
Also please switch off your device during charging to charge phone if you want waiting for next update without using SPFT.
