Bluetooth problems and fingerprint

Sometimes when an app is open and one the mobile locks after a time comes an sms It comes the note sound of the sms it comes the melody from the last open app.
These are all errors from the sofver technical side ago. Otherwise the phone is good Good processor.

i got the same problem with the fingerprint scanner. and a simular problem with bluetooth but today if worked fine and i had no disconnect. hope they will fix it with an update soon.

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Also please check for FOTA updates (settings - about phone - wireless update)

Will restore all default settings and remove all errors or bugs.

Will it also fix the Bug with the Fingerprint Scanner? I have to press at least twice every time.

This is the Umi-Experience. You will be recommended to do factory resets, over and over again. I just hope it will work for you soon.
