Hello, many sellers on aliexpress say they can not send the phone, so that the plant does not supply the partition Umi phone and they wait until it earns. Is this true?

I don´t know what you mean by "plant does not supply the partition".  But unless you want a smartphone to try several ROMs I wouldnt adivce you to buy a UMI Iron until 2-3 Months...

there have seem to be problems with umi and quality control before and the resellers couldnt return the defective units...

anyway, there are plenty of websites selling the UMI Iron. if you truley want to have one and don´t mind to fiddle around with ROMs, flashing, backups, recoverys, etc., than you´re free to go

Can I just clear something up here?

Umi make things really easy for the end user to flash roms to their phone courtesy of the brilliant RootJoy, but it is NOT COMPULSORY!!

You don't HAVE to flash roms to your phone - you can obviously enjoy the phone as is and never ever do any modification to it whatsoever.

You make it sound as though it's something that everyone who has an Umi phone has to do when of course they absolutely don't - and many won't.

In terms of the Umi Iron, it's a perfectly great phone with decent specs right out of the box and many will buy it on that basis alone and be very happy indeed.
