No cellular data on Nougat!

Hello,

I am unable to use cellular data for navigation on my Umi Plus. I updated it by OTA yesterday and then performed a factory reset. I get an esclamation point next to the 3g/4g logo and despite the fact that it appears connected, I cannot use internet...help please

I did a reset of APN but nothing changed and the problem persista. Can you be more precise?

Are you sure that APN parameter is correct?

\n\nYes 100% sure, also I noticed that the phone is hotter than usual on the back and battery is draining faster than usual!

If you using third party network provider you need switch on roaming in settings - more - mobile networks - data roaming

Of course after OTA update you should do factory reset just in case any errors or incompatibilities in systems.

I tried to turn roaming on but it's the same thing, can't navigate.
I am using Vodafone, never had problems with cellular data...but it started yesterday after Nougat update

Have you done factory reset?
Please write again APN address details. Please check IMEI numbers in case you loose through to updating. Settings - about phone - status - IMEI informations

Yes. I did a factory reset right after the update. My APN is mobile.vodafone.it
