wifi and bluetooth problem

hi bought umi iron first 2 hours worked no problem and then wifi signal dissapeared when turn wifi on it doesnt find any wifi signal nothing tryed reset update everything maybe somebody had similar problem would know how to fix it

This only happens with wifi at home? Can you specify which settings have on router for wifi?

I mean bad  wifi signal !!!On my laptop better
