Just opened the parcel and a few minutes after while using the apps i noticed that the camera app would always appear the same message «Sorry the camera app. stopped working ».I tried the reboot option but the problem remains!!!What should i do?
You mean factory data reset?I've already tried that also...The problem remains!And if it opens for a few seconds then the screen goes purple!!!I don't know what else to try...Do you think the update could work?
