getting full resolution settings on camera

hello - just got my new phone the UMI Rome X - what a decent kit for the budget money paid for it. Liking the Sony IMX Camera on the back, pretty good quality . A few issues with White balance in a room with compact fluorescent bulbs and no flash (Tried Auto white balance and all the other settings but the white balance is still not 100% colour) - So I have downloaded a few camera apps from the play store but not of them have allowed me to change from the Interpolated 13mp to true 8mp or to widescreen 16:9 dimension or 4:3 dimesion, which is a shame, but not a deal breaker because even though its Interpolated 13mp its still very good. I gues it must just be the camera hardware or software telling camera apps that its just 13mp and not selectable, but has anyone downloaded a camera app where you can change the resolution with this Rome X ?

There is no way.

there is an option in the camera
in the video settings where you can select the high resolution if you select that option the video camera stop working
shows ERROR
hope the next update can give us the option to control the real resolution of the camera
and see the real power of the sony179
