This is the SP Flash Tool release of the

UMIDIGI A11 Pro Max receives all updates automatically via FOTA method. You need this tool only in case of emergency (if you've bricked your phone), if you want to apply a clean install or if you want to clear all root access and custom recovery to make your phone able to receive FOTA updates again. Moreover, flashing with SPFT is the only option to repair (replace) damaged system software.

Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6768_Android_scatter.txt) is inside the extracted folder, together with the other components

VCOM driver: Windows 10 can automatically install it. Please make sure that your Windows is logged in with administrator rights and your computer has a working internet connection when first time connecting your phone.

Here's an optional solution to start the flashing process on your UMIDIGI A11 Pro Max if the standard method doesn't work.

It's especially useful if your phone is bricked or is stuck in bootloop

1. Connect your phone to USB.

2. Start the flashing process with the Download button in the flasher app.

3. Press and hold the power button of your phone until the flashing process starts (red bar appears at the bottom of the app window), then release it. In this process you have to keep the power button pressed for about 10 seconds.

4. Wait until the flashing process finishes.

Kind request from users:
Please report any kind of new issues you experience after installing this update only if you've already flashed this ROM with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode. In rare cases a FOTA update can cause more or less serious malfunctions but that means only the update process went wrong, not a badly developed ROM. An updated stock ROM, especially related to the basic functions will not cause any new issues but will solve some of the existing ones.

Write the initial E-ROM in full Flash mode, and perform the initial settings after starting the terminal.
After that, if I wrote all the ROMs in the update mode in the order of release, the symptom was alleviated a little, but it still suddenly rebooted.
After restarting, you will not receive a LINE notification unless you unlock it with your password.

It should be rebooted and booted well, but it may freeze with the UMIDIGI logo.

If you press and hold the power button and restart, it will start normally.

Terrible. Problems started with the update. Constant reboots, at startup information that the phone is faulty. Fix the firmware - it's impossible to use.

After writing [E_V1.0_20220111 ROM], start it normally and perform the initial setup.
After that, overwrite [V1.0_20220108 ROM] in update mode.
After normal startup, turn off the power.
Furthermore, overwrite [E_V1.0_20220111 ROM] in the update mode.
And I think my symptoms have improved a little more.
Also, if the application is killed due to a security breach or a corrective reboot is applied, all tasks will be erased and the power will be turned off.
Turn on the power, wait for a while after logging in, and then turn off the power again.
It seems that the application stopped by rebooting after turning on the power and logging in works.

Is this firmware overclocking the CPU and memory?
It's similar to the behavior when overclocking with older Lenaege OS etc.

Are there any further updates expected on the A11 Pro Max for VoLTE roaming? I cannot get my phone to roam in the US with VoLTE even though the A11 Pro Max is compatible with VoLTE calls. Also, Android Auto is buggy and won't work, it just reconnects over and over with my Kia Forte. Any further updates?

I tried to flash my phone with the procedures required, but it seems it had but no effect on it, no changes at all
