problema UMIDIGI Z2 Pro

Salve a tutto il forum
come da topic ho un problema con lo z2 pro
non mi salva i dati
non salva nulla ne app ne impostazioni
ogni volta che resetto torna allo stato iniziale
l'unica cosa che risulta salvata e l'account gmail
ho provato a fare un wipe data ma nulla
ho provato a caricare un firmware più recente seguendo la guida in questo forum ma niente
non so più cosa fare...
il firmware intallato UMIDIGI_Z2_PRO_V1.0_20180823 ma non mi dice altro
infatti non riesco a capire che versione e montata
nella sezione aggiornamento mi dice che deve fare la UMIDIGI_Z2_PRO_V1.0_20180823_20180926-1646
qualcuno sa cosa posso fare?
