Display doesn't react/work anymore | How to solve?

Hello,
since today my Umidigi S2 Pro doesn't work anymore. The Display isn't reacting to my fingers, but I don't know why. Sometimes the display flickers and sometimes there is nothing shown on the display or you only see something like a dark lightening shadow.
Already restartet the phone x times (sometimes the boot logo came up, and flickered and gone away, sometimes saw the "normal display content" but touch doesn't work (even if i tried to normaly switch off the phone with the power button, the menu to switch off doesn't come up), but nothing changed.

May I have to reset my Phone? If yes, how can I do that? The latest official Version of Umidigi S2 Pro Software is installed on my device (got last update before two or three days).

The phone actually boots normally and the non-visual keys (exp. power button) are working, but the touch screen still doesn't work!

You should use SPFT and flash complete ROM.

If this doesn't help then you should talk to seller.
Of course you could have poor contact in LCD /digitiser connector or hardware issue.
