charging and earphone adapter problem

anyone also experienced the problem with the charging/earphone adapter, s2 pro will not charge..

I'm having to remove it when pluggi ...

if i charge the phone with a normal usb typ c, it will charge,
same goes for the adapter for the earphone jack.. it works, alone..

if you use a charging and a earphone adapter, which you could charge and listen together, it wont charge
i already tried 5 different cable, my s2 pro will not charge, i tried to charge with the adapter on my umi super and it works fine...

take off the phone protector cover as it can push the adpater plug out and it does not make good connection.

About what type of adapter you talking which is supporting charging and headset together???
Such adapter was never provided with device.

how to charge and listen to music at the same time...
apple did the same bulls**t, removing earphone jack, my UMI SUPER charges with this adapter, my new S2 PRO won't charge...
before you ask, no its not the cable...

THE FIRST PHONE I REGRET BUYING.. !!

Unfortunately this could be this adapter because umi super have a bit different USB port compare to Umidigi S2 pro. S2 pro needs a bit longer connector. If phone is charging correctly on genuine cable then definitely you have faulty adapter.
