Camera won't focus

Hey guys!

I have a problem with my Z Pro. For a few weeks now, my primary camera won't focus but the mono camera works well.

I've already tried to reflash the rom and clean every kind of data cleaned the camera lens but it still won't focus.

As you can see there the I run the stock unrooted Rom.


Can anybody help me in this regard?

As you mentioned that you have software checked etc i can only suspecting hardware issue. Maybe something is lose inside and got stuck between body and camera etc. So I would recommend contact to seller for solution or check with local repairing centre for hardware fault etc.

This looks very similar to my Z Pro fault I had,

on there you will find the links to my other videos on how I solved this problem.I figured out that the lens somehow was hitting the glass, so I put a thin peice of foam tape in there as a gasket to hold the lens away from touching. Now works perfect.

Luckily, my cameras work.

But I have already read that the camera lens abuts on the inside of the housing and therefore not properly focused.
JackDeth2 has shown in his video how to solve this problem.

If you do not want to screw yourself on your device,
you should quickly contact your dealer and arrange a repair or replacement of the device.

Sorry I don't have it, We use it at work, It's approx 1mm thick and 380mm long,only adhesive one side, We have it in strips pre-cut for use on the cookers we build. I could send a strip out to anyone if they would like for the price of postage. PM me. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem with my phone - I've tried to contact the seller but still haven't got an answer. Is it common for Umidigi to ignore customers?

But seller is not part of Umidigi company. Seller is ordering wanted amount of devices and selling in his shop.

Thanks for the feature. I have a one to 1.5 mm thick.I try with this a repost it.
