Download GAPPS from opengapps.org. Choose ARM64, Android 5.1 and a variant between pico and mini is recommended. Copy the package to the memory of your phone. If you haven't yet updated the ROM of your phone with Rootjoy, you should do it now to get a Rootjoy recovery installed on your phone. You can install the gapps package with Rootjoy recovery. You can boot into recovery with the Rootjoy Windows app. Take a look on this tutorial
