Hello!

I cant turn on the cell phone, i woke in the morning and it and found it switched off, it does not respond to anything, it only turns on the red LED when I plug it in to charge. I can not do hard reset, it does not respond to any of the physical keys.

It's like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ylNyhsT8kk

Has someone ever happened to you before? I bought the phone from a Chinese portal (Igogo), you know how I can process the warranty service. Has anyone had this problem before?

I repoted about this topic a few months before. It is designed badly in the area of the camera section. I was the first who had this problems and opened the device. Then i put a piece of tape in this gap between speaker and camera. Now my lens is clean for 4 months, but that is not the way customers should treat their devices.

Have you ever wondered why your dealer or UMIDIGI does not offer free return?
As long as the shipping costs are so high, no one will send back their defective device.
UMIDIGI apparently thinks that it is not necessary to take responsibility for their mistakes.
Think about whether such a company is trustworthy.

Press power button until phone reboot (around 10 seconds)
If still doesn't work you can contact to seller or try flash phone with SPFT. Here is SPFT updating instruction
http://community.umidigi.com/thread-11-1-1.html
And here all available ROMs
http://community.umidigi.com/forum-150-1.html
Also I recommending charge phone for 3-4 hours until LED change to green and then try reboot phone.

Thank you for your reply.

I tried to flash it, but the computer doesnt detect the device, i coudlnt instal the MTK dirvers whith the phone bricked.

This is the reply i got from Igogo:

This problem can be caused by these reasons:
1. It is due to a software failure.
2. The mobile phone batteries is in the no light state for too long, and the voltage is too low.
To confirm the problem please:
First, make sure you charge the phone for at least 12 hours.
Then use the included USB cable to attach the phone to the computer.
Generally, the USB ports on the back of the computer provide more power to test these ports.
If you can then turn on the phone, please restore your phone to factory settings.
Once you have tried the above steps, feel free to reply to this message if it still does

I'll try to put it on charge for 12 hours. I'll let you know if it works after.

Umi/Umidigi is taking responsibility of product but seller have warranty responsibilities too. You could buy device from nearest seller and then retuning cost will be smaller or some sellers like Amazon have 30 days free return policy.
But people looking for cheaper options not thinking about "tomorrow"

I bought my Z Pro at Amazon Germany.
The result was that I paid 300 € for this device.
At Gearbest I would have paid only 230 € at this time.
I have accepted this extra price, because I expect a simple handling if the device will be ruined in the warranty period.

Thank for your reply guys!

In the end it has been fixed! The problem was because the battery had low voltage, I left it plugged in for about 20 hours and I found it loaded!

Of course you are right...
Scolding and getting excited does not help anyone and brings nothing.
It makes me angry, however, that we have to help each other here
and UMIDIGI does not do much to eliminate these errors.
This platform is the only way to relieve frustration
and to show UMIDIGI how annoyed we are about these faulty devices.
It should be okay if I do not always help,
but also sometimes just communicate my anger.
