The other day the speaker stopped working now the whole phone is broken and wont charge, I want to return it on warranty but the seller is ignoring me, can I do this directly with you?

We are here to help you but nobody can enjoy a 24-hour-long support and immediate replies.
Warranty handling is the responsibility of resellers. UMI can offer their support only if your (official) seller becomes unavailable or doesn't respond.
First I'd like to ask you to describe your issue. What does it mean, the phone is broken? We should know what happend to your phone in details.
Please, provide here the link of the seller's product page, where you bought your phone and your username (if any) that you applied there to help UMI's customer support to solve your problem.

Since you made your purchase on eBay, this issue can be solved easily. You can initiate a return item and refund process on eBay and if your seller is not responsive, you just get back your money sooner. So, you shouldn't be afraid about that. You just have to send back your phone to the seller and provide the tracking number of your shipment. You can find specific information about that procedure HERE
eBay doesn't speak about that, a buyer should send a defective item to the manufacturer but they only ask you to send it back to the seller.
