Camera Z Pro with misaligned focus - Mecanismo da lente desalinhado

\n\nMeu Z pro recebi assim: As fotos saem com má qualidade meia desfocadas parece que não é software creio que seja hardware (defeito de fabricação módulo) ou a lente ou o sensor estão desalinhados... Como podem ver nas fotos se eu tocar na direita da tela a esquerda da foto desfoca e vice-versa, video gravado o mesmo, no modo "mono p&b" já não desfoca... Tem como reparar? preciso concertá-lo alguém pode me vender um módulo bom... Admin Umidigi onde posso comprar um módulo dual Z Pro novo? ou como reparar? preciso dessa informação por genteleza.

\n\nHi Ray, Have you seen my post about similar, mine was much worse, It could be the camera module hitting the lens glass like mine.

Can you put your ear to the phone and touch the screen, in camera app to activate the focus, listen carefully for a click, I could hear the module hitting the glass.

Olá... Sim vi agora não está batendo no vidro protetor o foco ao toque na tela do meu está trabalhando normal, acontece quanto tiro uma foto se eu toco na esquerda metade da foto está mais nítida e a outra metade desfocada gradativamente isso se eu tocar pela direita aí inverte o enfeito, acabei de testar em macro numa superfície plana acontece mesma coisa, acredito que o mecanismo da lente está desalinhado

Yes I saw now is not beating on the protective glass the focus to touch on the screen of my is working normal, happens when I take a photo if I touch the left half of the photo is sharper and the other half gradually blurred it I touch the right there inverts the effect, I just test in macro on a flat surface happens same thing, I believe the lens mechanism is misaligned.

Hi all. Same problem here. Since the day 1.
The issue is that the focus is so concentrated in the the middle of the picture that the edges are completely blurry.
Almost sure it's not a defect but a characteristics (BAD one for sure). Unfortunatelly UMIDIGI is ignoring some basic details. Good hardware, poor set-up.........
Almost convinced to give-up UMIDIGI....
