As for your problems I would check the hardware first, there should be a code for a service menu when you can test most of the hardware components like gyroscope, LCD, or microphones. I would also try some sound recording app to exclude potentional problem with your microphone. If the hardware is okay the it is propably a software issue but with that I can´t help you much. i don´t have a Z1 phone so I can´t test it. |
