Umi Zpro dead !!

Hello,I bought an Umidigi Z pro 48 days ago. everything goes ok till today!!! the phone doesn't turn on all of a sudden...it is completely dead !! I tried to press power button, volume button,ect but nothing..It doesn't even recognized by pc !!! There is no blinking led ... The night before the smartphone was at 15% of battery, I put it to charge before I went to sleep and i was sure that the phone was well plugged onto the charger(charger red led was on). the morning Z pro was dead...

\n\nThis happend before, the guy opend his phone put his battery out and in.then it miraclusly started again.
But first check cable and charger on proper working.

Before doing anything please use genuine USB cable and charger and charger phone for few hours.
If battery was completely discharged you will get LED blinking for some time as this is battery recovery mode then will start charging.
If you will not get any LED status than is something wrong and firstly you should swap USB cable and charger.

thanks for your reply, I've tried another charger and cable , nothing good. tried also the zpro charger on other phone and the charger works.

I'll try again to keep it on charge for a night..
