I need to do a network coverage test with my provider and I require my IMEI number which normally you enter #06# on my keypad, but when I do this on my EPlus I get the message saying invalid entry ???
Can you advise how I can retrieve this information please.
Also my network is 4G yet my phone only displays 3G, why is this so and how can i get it to use the 4G netwok.
