my phone is Hammer s and my issues are sometimes I can get text and calls but can't make text are calls
i'm in tornto and i'm on Wind network p.s. I just got the phone 3days ago

Do you mean you never can make calls and send text messages (but you can receive them), or sometimes yes, sometimes not? If you have the chance, I suggest you to try your phone with a SIM card of another provider. Use original nano SIM card, don't use a cut-to-size one.

its a import and it is 4g by default

All UMI phones are GSM quad-band, so they can be worldwide used for normal phone calls regardless of the origin of your phone. And of course, a UMI phone can't come from other than China.
I suggest you to check the IMEI numbers by typing *#06# in the dialer. Some mobile carriers might block Chinese IMEI numbers starting with 86xxxxxxxxxxxxx. To find it out, I suggest you again to try with the SIM card of another bearer.
