hello,

last week i received my umi c note phone.  It worked well, except for the microphone, people told me that they couldn't understand me very well, my voice kept falling away.  Anyway, a few days ago i was sending some textmessages and i did one call, but it seemed that everything was working at a delay. And my battery went very fast from 20% to 10%.  So i wanted to recharge my phone but it went down, without any notice.  I tried to recharge the phone, but it won't charge.  and there is no possibility to switch the phone back on again.  Can anyone help me with this problem?  The phone is now 1 week old, but it went already down last sunday, so it only worked for about 5 days....

Before buying anything you should read instruction and specification to be not disappointed in future and blame everybody of your mistakes.

I presume that you charge phone already few times so this is indicating that they charger and USB wire working.
Please connect your phone in to charger for few hours.
