Since our Plus E, 12 devices have been launched...in 9 monthes...!
We know for sure that due to motherboard crafted by umi, 7.0 won't fit in.
We never had ANY security patch update, despite the hundreds of highly critical vulnerability, and not even after the recent worldwide security issues ...
We never had any major updates for this device, only minor bug fixed. (What about crap camera ? I just compared stock camera app with my brand new OnePlus 3T, Plus E is ridiculouly bad and 3T is only 100€ more expensive...)
We never had any proper support. I don't consider the constant "reset and flash" an adequate way of dealing with issues from a support team.
Every customer facing an hardware issue, whatever device, is answered "go buy the faulty piece somewhere and have it fixed"...is this an adequate way of dealing with faulty hardware ?
You say Hardware is good ? I don't agree. Screen is OK and battery capacity too but thats it to me. Soc is barely medium range, and the whole thing dreadly lack of optimization. Most devices with similar hardware are behaving much better on main tests... i.e give a random mechanics spare parts of a ferrari engine, he might eventually make everything work together but will never come up to a proper ferrari engine...
I used to say that regarding the price we usually paid ~210€, device was ok. Since I got my 3T for 320€ (including 4 days delivery fees from china), and considering the lies, the issues and the total lack of consideration, I would not even spend a single € on it.
