UMi Z rear camera problem

Hello,
Opened new UMi Z. When I turn on Camera, front camera is available only. Button to change between rear and front camera is not active! Even when I tur on flashlight front LED is turning on.
Pls assist.

Is this brand new phone?
Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

Please tell us if that works, if it doesn't we will have to show you how to reinstall the software.

Hello!
It was new. I unpacked new phone by my own and rear camera doesnot work. I've made a factory reset but no success.
Then I thought may it was shocked or smth during transportation. And unplug and plug camera's cable for several times. Then it started to work. But only 1 week. And while it was in rear camera menu (application) it has noisy colored lines on screen. And now it doesnot work again.
Pls help.

Today I broke up phone again and wash connector with spirit and it works now. Will see if it will be ok.

That's really good to hear!  Glad you don't have to buy another​ camera.
